For thousands of years humans have enjoyed the distinctive flavours and nutrition of fermented foods. Add nutritional value to every-day foods by learning to make Kombucha, a tea-based fermented drink, Kefir, a probiotic-rich, yoghurt alternative and tasty sauerkraut.  All these can easily be made with simple ingredients and equipment that everyone has in their kitchen. We may even touch on mead, a popular, honey-based, alcoholic drink."


Workshop Costs

Full cost is specific to a workshop dependent on length, content and materials required.
As a rough guide, a 3hr workshop using no materials is usually $30.
We reserve the right to vary costs as needed.
