Early Bird payments must be received in full by 31st December.
Periodical payments (for Standard or Concession Fee paying students only):
You can make periodical payments once a month over the first five months of the course. To secure your place, you must pay the first payment, which includes a non-refundable $250 deposit. Total payment is due before Friday 1st June, 2012.
Concession eligibility

Are you eligible for the concessional fee rate? (i.e. you are a fulltime student or hold a government concession card) Please provide proof of concession with this application.
You willneed to provide proof of concession (photocopy of fulltime student card or Healthcare card)
NOTE: There are a limited number of concession places which will be allocated on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Eligibility does NOT guarantee that we can offer a concession. Enrol early to avoid disappointment!
Regarding Refunds:
If the ASPDC is cancelled by the organising committee prior to commencement, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
If you cancel your enrolment up to one month prior to the ASPDC commencing, we will refund all payment made less the non-refundable booking fee.
If you withdraw from the ASPDC after the one month deadline noted above, we will not refund your money. Please understand that we ask for a firm financial commitment from you to provide the funding that make running the course possible. If you choose not to attend ASPDC weekends, you are still obliged to make any payments that are due.

IMPORTANT: If you make a direct deposit into the BPG account by online transfer or by depositing a cheque or cash at a branch of the Bendigo Bank, please use your surname and initial as the reference line, so that we know the money came from you. With multiple people paying in the same amounts, we rely on the reference line to let us know who has paid what. Please retain your Bendigo bank receipt for your records.
ASPDC 2012 Information Session
